Further to the nomination notice of the vacant Sergeant at Arms position on the Unifor Local
229 Executive Board, please find below a nomination form.
Nominations can be sent via email to elections@unifor229.com, via fax to 807-475-3128 by
submitting the form below.

As an alternative to submitting this form, members may forward an email or fax stating they
are nominating a member for the Sergeant at Arms position. The email or fax must include
the member’s name, phone number, email and workplace prior to the deadline.

Nominations close at 4:00 pm February 18, 2026.
